Review of Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster Stand Mixer, White

Mixing ingredients has just been made easy with the use of the Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster Stand Mixer. It operates using 12 speeds and runs on 350-watts. The handle provides a soft grip and there is a tilt locking head with bowl selector switch. The mixer comes with two glass bowls, chrome beaters, whisks and dough hooks.

Soft start technology allows the motor to start slowly so that the ingredients do not splatter. The off center mixing allows added ingredients to be done while mixing; this requires less scraping and less of the ingredients to be sprayed on the kitchen countertop.

Review of the Sunbeam stand mixer is very positive. The two glass mixing bowls are sturdy and allows for multiple mixing of ingredients. There are three different sets of attachments and the heavy mixing bowls are lightweight enough to move around yet sturdy enough to mix the thickest dough without having Sunbeam stand mixer shimmy across the kitchen counter.

There is a burst of power which is good for thicker ingredients. The dough hooks are made from heavy metal which easily mixes heavy ingredients such as bread or cake dough. The wire whisks work very well for whipping egg whites and mousse. The Sunbeam stand mixer’s height allows for plenty of room to work.

For someone on a tight budget, the Sunbeam stand mixer will operate as well if not better than the more expensive stand mixers. Its powerful 350-watt motor allows for 12 speeds. This takes out the guessing work of how fast to mix liquid ingredients without being sprayed on.

Clean up time with the Sunbeam Mixmaster stand mixer is quite easy, just the glass bowls and the beaters. There are not a lot of crevices to have batters stick. Because of this, clean up takes very little time and another project can be whipped up using the Sunbeam Mixmaster stand mixer.
